Our goal is to practice, serve and guide in ways that cultivate awareness, insight, empathy, and understanding.  Believing in an integrated approach to overall wellbeing, the Wheel encourages and recommends emotional and spiritual wellbeing in conjunction with physical and mental wellbeing. Here at the Wheel we believe there are many paths to healing and that health is a fusion of mind, body and spirit. Through education, research and treatment modalities we seek to reduce symptoms, promote wellbeing, nurture hope and prevent disease.

To reach your spiritual awareness and therefore a balance of total wellbeing, The Wheel offers variety of workshops, seminars and classes in yoga, meditation, breath-work, sacred dance, sound therapy & other forms of healing.

Most classes are offered year round, please check our workshop page for details. These classes are taught by masters in their fields and are designed to support participants at any level.
